How points
work.

Every work item — a feature, an integration, a fix — is sized at 1–3 points before it's scheduled. Small, well-scoped work moves fast; bigger items get broken down until they fit.

Each track comes with a fixed monthly point total: 80 points/month on Core, 120 points/month on Intensive. That's your build capacity for the month.

Points you don't use roll over for one month, so a lighter month doesn't mean losing capacity — it shifts the next month's work forward instead.

Everything — what's scheduled, what's in progress, and your remaining points — is visible in your portal, in real time.
