Welcome to Arc Theory
Open for Q4 engagements

We fuse tech and strategy
to drive growth.

We draw on our own portfolio of products to build systems that amplify how you work — redesigning the processes underneath so you work with your technology, not around it.

Meet
the operator.

Danielle McKee is the founder of Arc Theory, a one-operator practice for solutions architecture, fractional technical leadership, and AI workflow design. Incorporated in 2023, it grew out of work she'd been doing on the side while consulting at Deloitte — and it's the throughline from a career that runs through neuroscience research, applied-AI finance, Deloitte, and Apple.

We leave it better than we found it.

Every engagement is built for return — targeted feature deployment and process optimization that compound over time. It's a holistic blend of operations strategy and hands-on implementation: we don't just advise, and we don't just build.

How an engagement is priced
Base Fee

The initial project and licensing costs.

Retainer

A monthly fee that keeps it evolving — customization, extension, and senior judgment.

Internal Systems Engagement

Systems that run your operation.

Deliverables
  • Discovery & audit — P3 analysis, entity map, risk assessment, roadmap
  • Licensed deployment of a proven system architecture, adapted to your operation
  • Internal-use perpetual license
  • Documentation and team handoff
  • Built on Next.js, Supabase, Airtable, and Google Cloud
Base Fee
From $20,000
Retainer
From $5,000/mo

Customization, extension, and ongoing architecture as the operation evolves.

Commercial Product Engagement

Architecture your product stands on.

Deliverables
  • Discovery & audit
  • Licensed deployment of the foundation your product builds on
  • Commercial license
  • Technical direction through the build
  • Limited availability — we hold a small number of these at a time
Base Fee
From $50,000
Retainer
From $5,000/mo

Vested equity can discount the retainer rate. The base fee never flexes.

Fractional Tech Partner

Senior-level technical leadership.

Deliverables
  • Architectural oversight for teams already building
  • Upskilling and technical mentorship for team members
  • Work management and delivery process design
  • Reusable artifacts — patterns, templates, and standards your team keeps
Base Fee
Retainer-only engagement
Retainer
From $9,000/mo

The work of a fractional CTO, shaped for teams that already have builders.

Digital Operations Transformation

Evaluate your operation — and where to take it.

Deliverables
  • Evaluation of your tools, processes, and systems
  • Specs & requirements, documented before anything moves
  • Data migration — planned and executed
  • Low-code evaluation: how your current setup performs, whether to migrate or go hybrid, and what it costs
  • A prioritized roadmap you can act on

How an engagement runs.

Every engagement starts the same way — a timeboxed four to six weeks to a working product, then delivery that takes the shape the work needs.

01In the timebox

Define

P3 Analysis — study the current Process, People, and Product to find where the problems really come from, and get clear on the objectives before anything is designed.

Assemble

Assemble from Arcblocks — our library of full systems, components, features, integrations, and interfaces, built up across stacks and industries and mapped to specific pain points. We start from proven parts, not a blank page.

Decide

Decide the stack against what the P3 surfaced — weighing tools, cost, and budget deliberately: low-code where speed and editability matter, custom where security, scale, or control do.

Deliver

Deliver through D6 — Discover, Design, Demo, Develop, Diligence, Deploy. An iterative cadence that loops back as the work demands, so you're always working with a real version, not just at the end.

What we bring.

The stack we build on, and the tools we bring to every engagement.

How we build
HybridiIn a hybrid build, Airtable serves as a database and/or interface, working alongside a custom-code stack — with portals and advanced logic sitting in the custom layer. Low-code speed where it helps, real engineering where it counts.

The tools we bring

Tools we've built and bring to every engagement — they add transparency, structure, and ready-made integrations from day one.
